16. Severability: Invalidation of any one of these covenants
by ~udgment or cour~ order shall in no wise affect any of the
other provisions W hich shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Right to ~Iodify: KTL-RAY INVBSTMTNT CO. hereby expressly
reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time to annul,
waive, change or modify any of the restrictions, conditions, agree-
ments and provisions contained herein as to any lot in ORANG~
BLOSSOM TSTATTS~ SEO~ND ADDITION SSCOND PLAT then owned by it and
with the consent of the majority in number of the then uwners of
all other lots in OBANGTs BLOSSOI~ SSTATSS~ SSGOND ADDITION STCOND
PLAT. In computing the majority, each 2ot shall be entitled to
