secure advances on accour?t oi said original note together with such additional advances in a sum in ex-

said note and suppiemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as iully as if written out verbatim herein, and ~etorded, pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 1~2 , p~ges_ _ 2~~6 of the public records of__ _ Saint

In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and !he masculine shall include the feminine
and neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the res-
pect~ve heirs, executors, a~ni~r~~strato~s, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
