THIS INDENTI;RE, made and entered into on this -~~%~_day of
J~y , 1971, by and between JAMES R. TURNER, a single adult, Grantor,
and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a !
corporatien organized and existing under the laws of the United States
of America, Grantee; WITNESSETH: .
WHEREAS, Grantor has previously conveyed certain lands to Grantee
as security for a loan to be made by Grantee all as evidenced by that
certain mortgage dated July 16, 1971, recorded July 19, 1971 in Official
R~ecord Book 194 at page 207 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and ~
WHEREAS, through inadvertence the aforesaid mortgage does not `

include a description of an appurtenant easement for ingress and egress
to the lands therein described; and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed to conditionally grant unte Grantee

the aforesaid easement as an inducement to Grantee to make the afore-
said mortgage loan,

NOW, THEREFORE, in consid~~ation of the premises and other good

and valuable consideration, Grantor hereby grants and assigns to

! Grantee all of his right, title and interest in and to that certain
i easement as more particularly described in Official Record Book 186
~ at page 446 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that upon payment in full of the mortgage loan
hereinbefore mentioned, the estate hereby created shall be null and
~ void and of no further force and effect.
~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal
