hereby states as follows:

in BEACH CLt~13 COLONY, SECTION ONE, situate and being in the ~

County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, according to the plat thereof,

County, Floriaa, public recorc.is. Declarant is constructing upon each ~

common ~all. Each such structure is designed to be occupiFd solely
by a single family living independently of all others, but will share a
