such event the Gi~antor, h:s heirs, legal rep:esentatives, successors
and assigns, may enter upon the property and undertake to perform
such n~aintenance (including, but not limited to, cutting, clearing,
weeding and cultivating ttie lawn), Any cost or expense incurred by
the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,
in ar.y such undertaking shali be repaid by the o~vner, together with
interest at the rate of seven (7) per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien against the owner's parce: of property enforceable

mechanics' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in
