ishments for the use of the occupants thereof provided that such
uses are contained within a completely enclosed building, no
signs or displays indicating such uses are visible from any street -
and such uses are for the convenience of the occupants and are
not normally availa~le to other persons. ~
Tiie owner of a parcel of land containing not less than two
(2) acres and who resides thereon may keep not more than two (2)
horses or two (2) ponies for his personal or f~mily use, provided
they are not kept~ placed or permitted within 150 fFet of any
mobile home or resi~ential building under separate ownership.
PROHIBITED USES AND STRUCTURES
Residences other than mobile homes and any husiness, trade,
occupation or profession not listed as a permitted principal or
access~ry use.
PERMITS FOR MOBILE HOMES
Permits for mobile homes in mobile home parks and mobile home
subdivisions: As required by current regulations.
A permit for each mobile home installed on an individually
owned parcel not iri a mobile home subdivision must be secured froqn
the building department prior to moving the mobile home onto the
parcel. A fEe of $10.00 shall be charged for each permit and the
permit shall be conspicuously posted as directed by the building
d~partment. Before any permit shall be issued, the applicant shall
submit a septic tank permit from the County Health Department and
plans in duplicate for installing suct: mobile home which shall
include the electrical service to be used.

LIMITATIONS ON SIGNG
No signs intended to be read from o~f the premises excepting:
One non-illuminated wall or ground sign not over 6 square feet in
aiea advertising sale ~r rental of property upon which sign
is located.
~ One non-illuminated wall or ground sign not over 2 square feet in
° area to prohibit trespassing, for safety, or for caution.
~ 'I~a~ non-illuminated subdivision or park signs each ha•~ing an area
~ of not over 128 square feet to advertise the park or rental
~ of lots in such subdivision or park.
~ No animated roof or projecting type sign permitted.
Overall height of any ground sign not to exceed 4 feet above the
~ ground, except that subdivision or park signs may extend to
~ maximum height of 12 feet above the ground.
~ Neon type signs prohibited.
