hereinafier called the grantor, to OKE~CHOB~B LAND ~ORFORATION,
a corporation existing under the laws of the S1;ate of Florida,
with its permanent postoffice address at South Parrott Avenue,
Okeechobse, Florida 334?2, hereinafter calTe~-the grantee:

all the parties to this instrument and tlie heirs, legal represent-
atives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns

WITNT.SSTTH: That the grantor, f~r and in consideratioa of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby ackaowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms uato the grantee
all, that certain land situate ib St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The West half of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range
39 Tast, and that part of Section 5, Township 35 South,
Range 39 $ast, lying South of the South right of way line
of Angle Road and East of the following described line;
From a point where the Sast line of aforesaid Section 5
i intersects the South right of way line of said Angle Road
right of way, run North 89 deg. - 45 min. - 15 sec. West
along said right of way line a distance of 420.1? feet;
thence North a distance of 50 feet; thence North 89 deg. -
23 min. - 45 sec. West a distance of 475.92 feet to a
point where said South right of way of ~:ngle Road inter-
sects the West line of a 60 foot wide power line ease-
:ment lying West of and abutting a 110 feet wide power
line easement hereinafter referred to; said point being
the point of beginning of the West boundary to this
parcel.
! From the point of beginning run South 0 deg. 00 min. -
35 sec. East a distance of 5,295.75 feet to a point
on the South line and 836.00 feet West of the Southeast
corner of Section 5.
Excepting all rights of wayfor public roads and drain-
age canals, and,
Subject to that certain power line easement from grantors
to Florida Power & Light Company dated October 17, 1957,
and recorded in Deed Book 234, page 31, and further
~ subject to the covenant prohibiting the establishment
or maintenance of billboards and other forms of adver-
tising and display on any portion of the land which is
the subject of this d~ed ~?hich is visible from the
travelway of Sunshine State Parkway as is contained
in deed from grantors hereof to Florida State Turnpike
Authority dated May 31, 1962, recorded in Official
Reeord Book 41, page 650, public records of St. Lucie ~
