Lucie County, Florida, which lien covers the following described
real prop~rty:
The East 1/2 of the West 4 acres of the
following: The South 1/2 of the South 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, less the
South 48 feet all lying in St. Lucie County,
Florida. EXCEPTING therefrom all easements
for public roads and drainage canals.
