In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shafl include the femini~e and
neuter. All rights and obli~ations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
hPirc, exec~~t~«, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
