on deposit with the State Treasurer of Florida in the approximate par value_
of $90,000.
NNEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Thomas D. 0'Malley, Insurance
Comnissioner and Treasurer, and head of the Department of Insurance of the
State of Florida, is hereby appointed Ancillary Receiver, and G. Odell Turner,
C.P.A., and Miss Kathryn Gregory, Attorney, both employees of the Rehabilitation
and Liquidation Division of the Departrtient of Insurance of the State of Florida,
are hereby appointed as Deputy Ancillary Receivers of Citizens Casualty Company
of New York, and the Ancillary Receiver is authorized and directed to:
1. Liquidate the assets of the Respondent.
2. Aid the Domiciliary Liquidator in taicing imnediate possession of
ali the property, assets, and estate, and all other property of every kind
whatsoever and wheresoever located in this State belonging to said Respondent
in accordance with Section 631.152, Florida Statutes, including, but not
limited to, all unearned carmissions due and not paid to the Respondent by
agents, subagents, brokers, producing agents, solicitors, service represen-
tatives, or others, and to hold all such assets pending further Orders of

this Court.
j 3. To liquidate the assets of Respondent located in Florida and

{ wind up its affairs in cooperation with the Domiciliary Liquidator, including,

but not limited to, funds held by agents, subagents, producing agents, brokers,
solicitors, service representatives, or others, of the Respondent, under
agency contracts or otherwise, due and unpaid to Respondent, including
~ unearned commissions, agents` balances and agents' reserve funds held by
~

~ Respondent or others within this State.

4. Apply to this Court for f~rther instructions in the discharge oF

~ nis duties.
