Appoint one or more Oeputy Ancillary Receivers to act for him, and to employ such counsel, accountants, clerks, and assistants as he deems necessary, and further authori2ing the compensation of such deputies, counsel, accountants, clerks, and assistants an~ all expenses of taking possession of the assets of Respondent in this State and of con~ucting these proceedings as fixed by the Ancillary Receiver and approved by this Court, to be paid out of the funds or assets of the Respondent in the possession of the Ancillary Receiver or coming into his possession. 6. Comnence and maintain all legal actions necessary for the conduct of this receivership. 7. All officers, directors, agents, employees, attorneys, and all other persons representing respondent or employed by Respondent in conn~ction ::ih the conduct of i~s insurance business in this State be, and they are hereby, discharged, inasmuch as the Order of Liquidation er~tered by the Domiciliary state forfeited and dissolved the corporate charter of Respondent as of June 14, 1971, _ 8. Publish notice once each week for three consecutive weeks of the time fixed for the filing of claims against the Respondent, Citizens Casualty Co~pany of New York, in newspapers of general circulation in Oade, Hillsborough, I ~ Broward, Palm Beach, Duval, Escambia, and L~on Counties, Florida, Nhich notice C ~ shall specify the time and place Nithin which all persons having claims } f ~ against Citizens Casualty Cort~any of Ne~v York, Nhich they intend to present to the Domiciliary Liquidator or the Ancillary Receiver, sha11 be filed. All such claims shall be filed with the Domiciliary Liquidator or Ancillary Receiver ~ on or before February 14, 1972, or be forever barred. All of said clains filed ~ ~ with the Ancillary Receiver shal~ be filed on proof of claim forn~s developed ~ and prepared by the Ancillary Receiver. ~ 9.
