10. All persons within the jurisdiction of this Court who ha~~e in
their possession, custody, or control assets of the Respondent, of any kind
whatsoever and wheresoever situated in this State, and all other property of j

every kind belonging to said Respondent in accordance with Section 631.152,
Florida Statutes, including, but not limited to, all ur:earned coirmissions ~ue
and not paid to the insurer by agents, subagents, brokers, producing agents,
solicitors, service representatives, or others, are directed to forthwith
deliver, upon demand, any of said assets to the Ancillary Receiver of Respondent;
said Ancillary Receiver to hold all such assets pending further Orders of this
Court.
11. All persons, corporation, or associations are, and continue to be,
enjoined from interfering with the Ancillary Receiver in the conduct of these
proceedings, the wasting of assets of the Respondent, the cam~encement or
prosecution of any actions against Respondent or the Anc511ary Receiver, the
obtaining of preferences, ~udgments, attachments, writs of garnishment, or
other liens, or the makiny of any levy or execution against the Respondent or
; the Ancillary Receiver during the conduct of this receivership.

12. Undertake investigations of all transfers of, or lier~s upon,

f the property of the insurer made or created wi:t~in four months prior to the
~ granting of ihe Order to Show Cause to determine whether or not there had been
f
any voidable transfers under the provisions of Section 631.261, Florida
~ Statutes, and, if so, bring suit to set such transfer aside.
~ 13. All insurance policies, surety contracts, and other contracts of
insurance of the Respondent now in force shall continue in force until thirty
(30) days from the date of this Order and shall be deemed cancelled as of
~ 12:01 A. M, ~ f j/, , except that policies or contracts j
~ ~
~ with normal expiration dates prior thereto and policies terminated by insureds ~
~ before such date shall stand cancelled as of such earlier date, or otherwise,
~
- as provided by Section 631.252, Florida Statutes.
