of said insurer and any other person who possesses any executive authority over,
or who exercises any control ov~r, any segment of the insurer's affairs to '

fully cooperate with the Uepartment in any proceeding under Chapter 631,
Florida Statutes, or any investigation preliminary or incidental to the

pr~oceeding. Such cooperatton shall include, but is not limited to, the _ ~

following: `
To reply promptly in writing to any inquiry from the
Uepartment requesting such a reply; and,
F~romptly to make available and deliver to the Department '

any books, accounts, documents, other records, infonnation, or
property of or pertaining to the insurer and in his possession,
custody, or contro1. ~
