Florida, being jo~ned by Martha L. Britten, his wife, filed a plat
of said land in Plat Book 6, page 51, St. Lucie County, Florida
public records, said plat being entitled RIO CASA;
2. Said plat c~ntained offers ot dedication to the public of
parks or other public or municipal reservations;
3. None of said offers has ever b~en accepted by the public or by
any state, county, municipal or other governmental authority on
behalf of the public; and
4. David E, t~hartinelli is now the owner of Government [~ot 1,
Section 36, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie Gounty, Flarida.
I~OW, THEREFORE, David E. ~iartinelli, joined bV Ruth E.
Martineili, his wife, her~by withdraws and any all offers af~
dedication to tne public of parks or other.pCslic or municipal
