2. Said plat contained ofters of dedication for church use
of Lot 26, Block 5, of said plat of RIO CASI~;
3. No church or other relic~ious organization has ever accepted
said offer, and
4. David E. Martinelli is now the owner of Lot 2b, Block 5 of
said Plat of RIO CASA
rIOW, THEREFORE, David E. Martinelli, joined by Ru~h E. ~iartinelli,
his wife, hereby withdraws the offer of dedication for church use
of Lot 26, Block 5, of said plat of RIO CASA. Dated August 2, ~971. }
