Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties of the second part,
WITNESSET}i:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties uf the first part hereby
covenant and agree to com?ey and assure to the said parties of the second
part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fPe simple, by

said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor, the sum of TWELVE
