feet east and 93 feet south of the north quarter
corner of Section 17 in said township and range
(being also the south quarter corner ~f Section
8 in said toNnship and range), thence run easterly
2586.9 feet to a point 29.5 feet south of the
northeast corner of said Section 17 (being also
the southeast corner of said Section 8 and the
southxest corner of said Section 9), thence con-
tinue easterly 2651.05 feet to a point 39 feet
Me~t and 36.5 feet north of the north quarter
corner of Section 16 in said tor+nship and range
(being also the south quarter corner of said
Section 9?, thence turn and run northerly 5302•$5
feet to the north quarter corner of said Section
9, said corner being in the center line of said
road;
and SUB.TECT TO a road easement over and upon any
property lying within 30 feet of said center line ~
above described, said easement being set forth
in paragraph 1(a) of an easement for roads and
canals given by Wright W. Carlton and Annie G.
Carlton, his Wife, to Edsall Groves, Inc. and
Herschel A. Auxier, dated June 2, 1961, recorded
in Official Records Book 11, page 321, and to
W~ W Grove Company, I~c., and others, dated
~ June 20, 1961, recorded in Official Records Book
12, page 534, all in the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
