of said lands) whose Sales Contract for Deed is of any
portion of said land which has not been released from
the lien of this mortgage, together with a description
of the land purchased; and shall furnish a complete list
of such Sales Contract holders to Mortgagee. Failure to
do so shall not relieve Mortgagor of any of its obliga-
tions hereunder or otherwise affect the rights, powers
and privileges of Mortgagee consequent upon such default.
Notwithstanding any provision limiting or barring the
Mortgagor's right to releases, any holder of a valid and
sufficient Sales Contract for Deed, upon furnishing
Mortgagee with satisfact~ry evidence of such interest,
shall have the right and power to obtain a release of '
the land described in such Sales Contract for Deed
from the lien of this mort~age upon full performance of ~
the terms of such Sales Contract by the said purchaser.
This privilege shall remain up to the time of sale under
any foreclosure proceedings which may be brought here-
under. Martgagee shall not be required by the provi-
sions hereof to serve notice of any foreclosure pro-
ceeding on the holder of any interest unless it is a
natter of rec~rd in St. Lucie County, Florida. The
provisions of this section shall not be available to
Mortgagor or its successors, or to any firm, person or ~
