WITNESSETN, that the party of the first part for and in consideration
of ihe sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to him
in hand paidt the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has g~anted, bar-
gai~ed, sold and transferred and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
and transfer unto the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever, all interest and title of the estate of Martha May Tyner, deceased,

The party of the fi~st part represents and warrants that he has good
right and lawful authority to execute this deed and that he received auth-
ority to execute same by virtue of an order entered in the County .Judge's
Court in and fo~ St. Lucie County, Florida on the ~day of June, 1971.
