GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this 12th
~ day of August, 1971, by and between ST. LUCIE COUNTY SANK,
ti y o Fort Pierce, Florida, guardian of the property of Helen
Y Dorothy Burch, Grantor, and M. H. HUNEYCUTT and LIILA VAN

: Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Grantee:

o. WHEREAS, Helen Dorothy Burch is seized and possessed
, of the followinq described property lyin g, beiu q and situate

the public records of St. Lueie County,

WHEREAS, ST. LUGIE COG.~ITY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida,
has been appointed and duly qualified as guardian of the
property of Helen Dorothy Burch, incompetent, and
WHEREAS, said guardian did petition the County Judge
of St. Lucie County, Florida, that Court having jurisdiction
of the guardianship of Helen Dorothy Burch, for authority to
sell the above-described property and for an Order authorizing
such sale, and
WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 9~ day of
August, 1971, enter an order authorizing the sa~e o~ the
property for $2,500.00, in cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of $2,500.00 and
other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which .
is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, ST. LiJCIE COUNTY BANR,
as guardian of the estate of Helen Dorothy Burch, does grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee, their heirs, personal
reprsentatives and assigns, forever, the lands described
and all their appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee, their heirs, per-
sonal representatives and assigns, and every right title and
interest of which ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as such guardian, is now seized and possessed, as fully and
completely as said guardian could or should convey the property
under and pursuant to the order of the above-mentioned court
and the applicable law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ST. LUCIE COUNTY BAi~K, as quardian
of the Estate of Helen Dorothy Burch, has set its hand and
seal, this 12th day of August, 1971.
