1. All Lots in BEACH CLUB COLO~Y, SECTION O1~E,
according to the Plat thereof, filed ;Vlay 13, 1971 and recorded in Plat
Boo~t 16, Page 11. St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,shall be
used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception that Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision n~ay also be used for business
purposes.
2. No tents, housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be
erected or placed upon any lot, without the prior written consent of the
Grantor herein. No wire fence shall be erected on any lot or part
thereof, and no fences of any kir,d shall be erected on any lot or portion
thereof whicn exceed an average of four (4) feet.
3. No livestock or fowl shall be permitted on said property;
nor shall any nuisance be permitted or carried out on said property.
4. Upon each lc~t has teen constructed a duplex dwelling, con-

owner of each such parcel shall be responsible for the maintenance a:~d
