such ~vent the Grantor, his heirs, tegal representatives~ successors

and assigns, may enter upon the property and undertake to perform '
such maintenance (including, Uut not limited to, cutting, clearing,
weeding and cultivating the lawn). Any cost or expense incurred by
the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,
in any such undertaking shall be repaid by the owner, together with
interest at the rate of seven (7) per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien aga,;nst ihe owner's parcel of property enforceabie
in the same manner, and to the same extent, as is provided for
mechanics' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in
force or as hereafter amended.
5. The Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives~ successors
and assigns, may assign the enforcement provisions of these
restrictions, or any of them, to an association of the owners of parcels
withinBEACH CLtiBCOLOA'Y, SECTIO\ ONE, to be formed hereafter.
6. The restrictions provided herein shall be real covenants and
run with the land. Except as otherwise provided herein, in case the
' Grantee, his, her or their heirs, legai representatives, successors

conditions as provided herein, proceedings to enforce comp:iance there~
