Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereaher e~ected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equ~pment, fixtures or arlicles, whether in single units ar cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, powe~, refrigeration, ventitiation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including ureens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor ;
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and wat~r hsaters (all of which ars intended to be and are horeby
deciared to be a part of said real estate whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and also together with
all easements ar,d tha rents, issues and prof~ts of said premises which are hereby pledged, assi9ned, trans-
ferred snd set over unto the Mortgagae, whether now due or heraafter to become due as provided in the
Sup~lerr~ental Agreement secured he; eby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
gage~s, lienhotders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hareby secured.
