~ This cause came on for final hearing before me on Auqust

pondent's reply, and Respondent having been personally served

~ and the Court having heard the testimony and considered the
~ evidence received at trial and being fully advised in the pre-
~ .

mises, the Court finds and decides as folZows:

~ The parties were married on October 22, 1949 at Gaines-
i
ville, Georqia and ^ahabited together as wife and husband until
October 25, 1970; that Petitioner is a bona fide resident of
the State of Florida and resided in said state for more than six
months prior to the commencement of this action; that the separa- :
~
tion and property settlement agreement which was received in
evidence as Petitioner's Exhibit No. 1 was freely and voluntarily
made; that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
~
~ -
~ subject matter of this action; that the equities of this cause
~ , _
~ are with the Petitioner and against the Respondent and Petitioner
has proved the material allegations of her petition for disso-
lution of her marriage; that the marriage of the parties is
irretrievably broken, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage of Petitioner, Doris Rathleen Roberson,
and Respondent, Donald Wayne Roberson, is hereby dissol~:ed.
2. The said separation and property settlsment agree- '

~ ment between the parties, received into evidence as Petitioner's
~ Exhibit :10. 1 is made a part o~ this final judgment, and the
~
parties are directed to perform res~ectively the terns and con-~:
ditions of said agreement. '
