WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are the duly qualified and
acting Executors of the Will of JULIUS LOGAN BLOODWORTH, :vho died
April 12, 1965, Testate, a resident of Jones County, Georgia, said Will
~ having been probated in solemr~form on the ?th day of June, 1965 in the

Court of C.rdinary of Jones County, Georgia; and
~ WHEREAS, said deceased JULIUS LOGAN BLOODWORTH, GEORGE
ALBERT ~LOODWORTH, GEORGE ERNEST BLOODWORTH, JR. and +
MRS. LILLIE O. BLOODWORTH, at the time of said death, constituted the
four partners of the partnership known as CHEROKEE PRODUCTS COMPANY,
