PARCEL NO. 2: The lands situate in Saint Lucie County, State ~
of Florida, described as follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 2I, 22, 23, 24 and 32, situated
in Top of Walton, a subdivisi~n in Walton, Florida, Plat of which ~
is recorded in Plat Book 7 at page 1 of the Public Records of

[ Said Parcel No. 2 being all that conveyed by deed from Broward
Poppell and Esther Burgess Poppell to G. Albert Bloodworth, et
al, dated May 28, 1948 and recorded in Book 143, Pages 113 - 11~,
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intention of the Grantors herein as said Executors to convey
to the Grantees herein all of the interest of said deceased partner, JULIUS
LOGA~1 BLOODWORTH, in all of the partnership property and assets located
in the State of Florida whether specifically above described or not, real,
