Logan Bloodworth in the property and assets of the partnership known as Cherokee Products Company, from George Albert Bloodworth and George Ernest Bloodworth, Jr., as Executors of the Will of Julius Logan Bloodworth, to George Albert Bloodworth and GeorgeErnest Bloodworth, Jr., dated De- { ~ cember 29, 1965; are valid and binding conveyances, and the same a, confirmed as such, ~ 3) The consideration for said conveyances and the trans- ~ fer of said conveyances, Exhibits B, C, D and E, and the trans- fer of the properties therein containe~, has been, by the grant- ees thereo~, George Albert Bloodworth and George Ernest Blood- worth, Jr., properly calculated and determined un~ier and pursuant g _ to the terms and provisions of the articles of partnership of Cherokee Products Company, and such proper anc~ correct considera- tion has been paid, or is properly represented by promissory i ~ notes, as provided in said partnersliip articles. ~ ~ 4) Neither the executors under the will of J.
