Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ROZ KOVENS, who, after having been first duly sworn according to law,
depose s and says:
That she is the wife of Cal Kovens; that attached hereto is an
. exec~sted power of attorney given to her by her husband, Cal Kovens, also
known as Calvin Kovens; and that said power of attorney is in full force and
effect and has not been revoked by said Cal Kovens.
Affiant, as of the date of this affidavit and as of the date of the
doing of any acts pursuant to the power of attorney prior to this date, has ;

also known as Calvin Kovens, nor has she received any notice of any facts
