POWER OF ATTORI~EY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I. C~~L KOVENS,
also known as CALVIN KOVENS, of the County of Dade and State of Florida,
do by these presents hereby make, constitute and appoint ROZ KOVENS, of
the County of Dade and State of Florida, my true and lawful attorney-in-fact =
