Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this
day BOYCE T. BELT who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is President of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium,
a corporation not for profit organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Florida and that as such officer he is duly authorized to
make this claim of lien.
2. That the aforesaid corporation is the association responsible
for the operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, as
provided in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record
Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That this a claim of lien for unpaid assessments due ar.d
payable as of July 1, 1971, including late charges, in the amount of
$20.00 for each lot, together with interest on such assessments and
attorney fees incurred by the aforesaid Association incident to the
collection of the assessments or enforcement of this lien, as provided

i by Section 711.15(4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the
`f aforesaid Declaration of Condomimium, upon the following described lots

~ of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of
~ the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the record

~ Lucie, a Condominium, is Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.

19, 22 and 34 of Block D; Lots l, 4, 5 and 14 of Block F;

Lots S, 6, 9, 10, 13 and 17 of Block H; Lots 2, 12, 13, 14 and
