Pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the above described Lease Agreement, the following "
uses are permitted, to-wit:
1. My store may sell food for consumption on the premises.
2. My store or restaurant may sell food for consumption off the ~ ;

premises, which foods are cooked, processed or prepared on the
premises. :

3. A bakery may sell home-type unwrapped baked goods provided that f
the total floor area shall not exceed 1,200 sq. ft. unless said ~

operation includes the baking of substantially all of [he product ~
on the premises in which event the total s[ore area shall not
exceed 2,000 sq. ft.
4. A delica[essen may sell food for consumtion off the premises
provided that the floor area shall not exceed 2,500 sq. ft.

5. A specialty gift frui[ store may sell pre-packaged "gift-type"
; fruit. ~ •

6. Liquors and alcoholic beverages may be sold without restriction.
' 7. A cheese shop may sell cheeses and allied food items normally

8. An ice cream shop may sell i~e cream specialties.
9. A candy store may sell candies withou[ restriction.
