MORTGAGE MODI~ICATION AGREEMENT
This is a Mortgag~- Modification Agreement entered into this ~
day of , 1971, between the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE hereinafter called Mortgagee and HARRY MIDELIS AND CATHERINE
MIDELIS AND N, H. MIDELIS hereinafter called Mortgagors, WITNESSETH:
Mortgagee is the owner and holder of that certain mortgage given by
Mortgagor, and the promissory note secured thereby, dated December 29th,
1970, recorded in the public recorcls of St. Lucie County, Florida, O. R.

Book 189, Page 423, in the original amount of $55; 000.00. The said note `
and mortgage has a current principal balance as of this date of $55, 000.00.
The parties hereto desire to modify the terms of said note and rrortgage.

Now therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual benefit to be
'i derived herefrom as well as in consideration of the terms, covenants and

` paRies hereby amend and modify the said note ~nd mortgage in the follow-

~ ing particulacs to-wit:

1. Said note bearing date of December 29, 1970, and an original ~
am~unt ~f $SS, 000.00 with unpaid balance of $5S, 000.00 is amended to
~ read: Interest to begin April 29, 1971, and each month thereafter until
~
~ Se~tember 29., 1971, at which time principal and interest will be due as
~
3 follows: $977.82 shall be due October 29, 1971 and $977.82 on the
corresponding day of each month thereafter until both principal and interest
~
3 have been ~aid in full, said m~nthly payment to be applied first to interest
~

~ and balance to principal. Interest shall remain at 8 1/296 per annum.

~ Otherwise than as stated herein, the said mortgage and the note
~
~ secured thereby to remain in full force and unmodified .
