SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE
---ICnow all men by these presents that Philip Weiner, as
Trustee, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, the owner and holder of that
certain mortgage executed by Patrick H. Peters and Elizabeth R.
Peters, his wife, to Philip Weiner, as Trustee, dated August 12-,
1971, recorded in Of f ic ial Records Book , page ~D , publ ic-
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of the sum
of Ten and no/100 (Y10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations
to him in hand paid by said mortgagors, and in order to induce First
National Bank and Trust Company of Stuart to make the loan secured
by the mortgage hereinafter described, does hereby subordinate his
said mortgage so that the same is henceforth secondary, inferior and
subject to that certain mortgage dated August 1971, executed by
William H. Watson and Susan J. Watson, as mortgagors, to First National
Bank and Trust Company of Stuart in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand ~
and no/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars upon the following described property
in St. Lucie County, to-wit:
