depose and say:
1. I was appointed Attorney-In-Fact for LILLIAN
H. DA.'KE by writing dated July 28, 1969, recorded in

Lucie County, Florida:
2. LILLIAN H. DAME is now alive and has not re-
voked the Power of Attorney, and it is now in full force
and effect.
