NARL R, AVERY AND JOYCE MERADIT~, being first duly sw~orn, depose and say
that on the 14th Lay of August, 1971, appeared before them, one CHARLIE
MAE YEARBY, being the wife of WALTER L. YEARBY, that in the presence of
the Aifiants that certain Mortgage Note and Mortgage Deed to which this
Affidavit is attached, was read over to the said CHARLIE MAB YEARBY and
fully explained to her; that she stated that she understood the nature
of the said Mortgage Note and Mortgage Deed and the terms thereof and
that she desired to execute same, but was unable to write her name; there-
upon the said CHARLIE MAE YEARBY made her "X" on said Mortgage Note and
Mortgage Deed for the purpose of executing the said Mortgage Note and Mortgage
Deed.
