THIS INDENTURE, raade and entered into this day
of ~ct , 19~1, by and between ROBERT SCAFIDI, as
Executor of the Estate of PHILIPPA ANDERSON, deceased, late
of St. Lucie County, Florid$, as ~arty of the first part, and
ROBERT SCAFIOZ, of Suffolk County, New York, individually, as
party of the second part. ~

W I T N E S S E T H:
t~HEREAS, the said ROBERT SCAFIDI, is the duly appointed, ~
qualified and acting Executor of the estate of PHILIPPA
A?~TDERSON, deceased; and ~
WHEREAS, by Order of L~istribution of the Court dated ~

the llth day of August , 1971, it was decreed that

the party of the first part convey the following described
lands ta the party of the second part, andividually in accordance
with the Last Will and Testament of PHILIPPA ANDERSON, Deceased. ?

NOW TflEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the
