scribed tract:
Commencing at the N.W. corner of Section 26, Township 36 South, ;
Range 40 East, St. I.ucie County, Florida, run Southerly on a
bearing of South O° 14' 45" E., along the West Section line of said
Section 26, a distance of 399.03 feet to a point lying on the
East right-of-way line of L'. Nigh~a~~ No. 1, thence run South-
easterly on a bearing of South 27° 50' 35" E., along said East
right-of-way line of U. S. No, l, a distance of 1936.99 feet
to the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning run
Southeasterly on a bearing of South 27° 50' 35" E., along the
East right-of-way line of U. S. No. l, a distance of 608.46
feet to a point lying on the one quarter section line of said
Section 26, thence run East along said one quarter section line
w.hich has been assumed as East-West, a distance of 4105.60 feet
to a point, said point being the East one quarter section corneY
of said Section 26, thence run Northwesterly on a bearing of
North O° 12' 25" W., a distance of 538.04 feet to a point, thence
run ~Vest a distance of 2199.90 feet to a point, thence run North-
westerly on a bearing of North 26° 00' 00" W., a distance of 333.78
feet to a point, thence run West a distance of 706.33 feet to a
point, thence run South a distance of 300.00 feet to a point, thence
