For and in consideration Of the sum of Six Thousand Two
Hundred Eighty-Five and 34/~00 Dolla rs ($6, 285. 34j to it in hand
this day paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed; CASSENS
GROVE SERVICE, INC., a Florida corporation, hereby releases the real
property hereinafter described, owned and occupied by INDIAN RIVER
GROVE oGMPANY, a Limited Partnership, from a certain lien filed by
it in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the 18th day of September, A.D. 1970, as recorded
in O. R. Book 187, at page 331, of the public records of St.~Lucie
County, Fiorida, for the sum of Six Thousand ~ao Hundred Eighty-Five
and 34/100 Dollars ($6,285.34) due it for labor, services, machinery
