QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this /~i~ day of

a Limited Parntership under the laws of Massaahusetts, first
party, to STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPANY, whose postoffice ad-
dress is: P. O. Box 3152, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, second
party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "~irst party" and
"second party" shall include singu?ar and plural,
heirs, leqal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor-
porations, wherever the context so admits or re-
quires.)
WITNESSETH: That the said first party, for and in
consideration of `the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is iiereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release, and quit-claim unto the said second
party farever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said first party has in and to the following

Range 38 East; said land lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, containing 282.05 acres, more or
less.
Togethar with easement of ingress and egress and
~ subject to the rights of ingress and egress as in
easements recorded in Official Record Book 18,
page 241, and Official Record Book 85,_ page 456, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all rights of intake and discharqe of
water and all easements in connection therewith, and
subject to th~ rights of all adjoining parties to
the use of the same facilities.
