KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHBREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said

WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to suboxdinate said encumbrance to the property
