13. Any and all riKhts and reservations of the Grantor h~rein included may be transferred or as-
siRned by the Grantor to a Property O~vners Associ~?tion or some corporate or non-corporate organization

16. All of the cu~•eiiant~ and restriction~ shall remain in force until Januar} 1. 1968. and shall be
automaticall~ rene~tied for each 5~ear perio~l therelfter unlecg owners of at least t~ro-thirds of the lo~Q in
the de~•elopment shall, at least cix months prior to an~ cuch rene~ral date, aAree in writing to a change in
~r ~n abrogation of any of the above co~enant~, and records such writing so amending the aforesaid
