CANCELLATION OF QUI'PCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the State Board
~f Education, a body corporate created by the Constitution '
of the State of Florida, did issue Quitclaim Deed No. 3851-A
on the 17th day of April, 1970, as recorded in Deed Bo~k 184,
Page 604, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
unto CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Miami Beach, Florida, a
Florida corpor_ation, as Trustee. That said quitclaim deed
purpor~ed to release certain reservations, as described in
said deed, from land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and described as follows:
The North half of the Southwest quarter ;
of Section 16, Tawnship 32 South, Range
39 East.

That said deed was in error and that the above-described
land is not lying and situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, Grantors herein direct the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, to file this document
of record, and to designate on the margin of Quitclaim Deed
No. 3851-A, recorded in Deed Book 184, Page 604, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, that said quitclaim deed shall
be null and void and of no effect.

Education have hereunto subscribed their names and have caused
