In the event this option is activated and exercised
within one year from the date hereof, $80Q of the considera-
tion paid herein shall be aFplied to the purchase price;
if within two years - S600; three years -$4G0; four years - ~
$200; and if exercised during the fifth year, none. This i
option to buy shall terminate, in all events, five years
from the date hereof. `

five-year period, the $1,000 paid h~~rein shall entitle the
above-r.amed tenants to remain in possession of said property
- for an additional six-month period, rent free.
This option shall be binding upon myself, my heirs,
