LUC IE Re: Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Tropicaire Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10 at page 6 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared-~NRY~ G. MOORE who, upon first being duly sworn by me, did depose and say: 1. That he and his wife, Martha Moore, presently reside at 2807 Placid Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. 2. That during October of 1968, he and Mrs. Moore and Albert ~ Csontos and Irene Csontos, his wife, delivered monies to R. Blaine Gerrish, and Margaret M. Gerrish, his wife, for the purpose of purchasing the above described real property, 3. That at the time of delivery of the aforesaid monies, it was the intention of the parties that each of them together with their wives were to become vested with an undivided one-third interest in and to the above deseribed real property as tenants in common. 4. That the said R. Blaine Gerrish and Margaret M. Gerrish, his f ~ wife, became titleholders of record of the entire fee to the aforesaid ~ i arrant deed from Vivian A. Lewis Lot 5 by virtue of that certa n w y , a single adult, dated October 25, 1968 and recorded in Officia~ Record Book 174 at page 547. 5. That the said R. Blaine Gerrish and Margaret M. Gerrish, his wife, became titleholders of record of the entire fee to the aforesaid Lot 6 by virtue of that certain warranty deed from Em¢na Hancock, a widow, dated October 24, 1968 and recordaci in Official Record Book 174 at page 591. 6. That he and Mrs. Moore have contributed their prorata share 'for ±he upkeep and maintenance of the above described reai property and have further contributed their prorata share for payment of aIl real estate ~axes assessed against said real property. 800K ~~J ~
