STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF 5T. LUCIE -
Re: Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Tropicaire Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10 at
page 6 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
On this day, before me, the undersigned autharity, personally
appeared ALBERT CSONTOS who, upon first heing by me duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That he and his wife, Irene Csontos, presently reside at
902 Ohio Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That durinq Octcber of 1968, he and Mrs. Csontos and Henry G.
Moore and Martha~Moore, his wife, delivered monies to R. Blaine Gerrish
and Marqaret M. Gerrish, his wife, for the purpose of purchasing the
. ~b_ove described real property.
3. That at the ti~e of delivery of the aforesaid monies, it
was the intention of the parties that each of them together with their
wives were to become vested with ~n undivided one-third interest in
and to the above described real property as tenants in common.
4. That the said R. Blaine Gerrish and Margaret M. Gerrish, his

wife, became titleholders of record of the entire fee to the aforesaid
Lot 5 by virtue of that certain warranty deed from Vivian A. Lewis,
~ a single adult, dated October 25, 1968 and recorded in Official
Record Book 174 at page 547.
5. That the_said R. Blaine Gerrish and 1?iargaret M. Gerrish, his
wife, became ~.itleholders of record of the entire fee to the aforesaid
Lot 6 by virtue of that certain warranty deed from Emma Nancock, a
widow, dated October 24, 1968 and recorded in Official Record Book 174
at page 591.
~ 6. That he and Mrs. Csontos have contributed their prorata share
for the upkeep and mainten~nce of the above described real property
and have further contributed their prorata share for payment of all
real estate taxes assessed against said real property.
