WH~REAS, under_date of May 19, 1969, a mortgage was
given by CHESTER M. WEBB and HELEN M. ~:LBB, his wife, to •
GUSTAF J. HAUTAI~A and FRANCES C. HAUTALA, his wife, which
mortqaqe was recorded on May I.9, 1969, in Official Record
Book 177, page 1476, in the public records of_St. Lucie
County, Florida, and which mortqage covers the following
described real property lying and being in St. Lucie County, ~

The East 30 feet of the West 332 feet of the

35 South, Range 34 East, less the North
615.28 feet.
WHEREAS, FIRST FEOERAL SA~'INGS ~ LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, has aqreed to make a mortgage loan to
CHE5TER M. WEBB and HELEN M. WEB$, his wife, in the amount
of $ 24,000.00 , hereaft~r called the "new mortgage,"
coverix~g the property above described, provicied the mortgage
first described is subordinated to it; and
WHEREAS, the undersign~d, in order to induce the
making of the new mortgage loan, and in consideration for
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable '
consideration, desire to subordinate their mortgage to the
new mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premi.ses,
the portion of the lands described above and covered by the
mortgage first described above is by this instrument
subordinated and made inferior to the mortgaqe to
be qiven to CHESTER M. WEBB and HELEN M. WEBB, his wife,
last described above.
