RELBASE OF LEASS
I, ORMOND G. ROWE, of Fort Pierce, Florida, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), do
hereby release ORANGE A`IENUE BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., a non-
profit Florida corporation, from all obligations and
responsibilities created by that certain unrecorded Lease,
dated llecember 13, 1965, and notarized January 17, 1966,
between ORANGE AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. and me covering
certain real progerty in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
more particularly as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the NW'~ ;
of the SW'~ of the -NW~r of Section 12, Town- ;
ship 35 South, Range 38 East, and run North i
~ 132 feet, thence East 330 feet, thence South
132 feet, thence West 330 feet to the point
of beginning, l~ess lands for public roads
and drainaqe canals.
FQR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum stated above, I j
