BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer duly authorized to
take oaths, personally appeared ROSA MAE SCOTT, Nho, first

being duly sKOrn, did depose and say:
(1) That this affidavit is being executed for the pur-
pose of clearing up any misconceptions regarding--wha holds }
~ fee simpte title to the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 12, Elock 4, of Nillcrest Subdivisions
. Sectioh_4, Township 355, Range 40E, according
to Plat~Book 4, page 41, in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(2? That per Warranty deed recorded in Deed Book 105 at
psge 526 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
Edna R. SteNard conveyed full title to the above describe~i ~
property to Charlie BroWn on March 26, 1943•
(3) That Charlie BroNn died on May 4, 1952, a copy of
his death certificate being attached hereto and incorporated
2~erein.
(4) That prior to his death, Charlie BroNn married
Angeline Brown, and at the time of Charlie-Browr~'s death,
he and Angeline Brown were still 13ving Logether as husband
and wi ~'e .
(5~ That Charlie BroNn Mas the father of two children,
Joe BroKn and Rosa Mae Scott. ~
(6) That Joe Bro~n died on September 8, 1969, Kithout
having ever married or h~v3ng any issue.
(7) That per deed exeeuted October 27, 1970, ancl recorded
in 0. R. Book 187 at page 2835 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, Angeline Brown conveyed a22 interest
that she possessed in the above described property to Rosa
Mae ScotL.
