This deed made and executed this day of May, 1971, b~
FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ALEXANDER H. FRASER, whose past
office address is 4410 A-1-A, Vero Beach, Fl~rida, 32960, herein-
after called the Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration c~f ~he sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledyed, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
to the Grantee, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns

l. The protective covenants as recorded in OR Book 49 at Pages
426 to 43a and the amendments thereto as recorded in OR Book 167
at Pages 1465 and 1466.
2. The Grantor reserves for itself, its successors and assigns,
for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the ;
passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands,
~ together with the right to cause in said airspace such~noise as may
be inherent in the operation of aircraft now known, or tiereafter

used for navigation of or flight in the air, using said airspace °
