struc~ures, objects of natural growth and other obstructions on
the above descr~bed lands to such a height so as not to exceed
88 feet above mean sea level, or receive approval for a greater g

height by submittal of FAA form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation '
Administration. ~

4. The Grantee express~y agrees for himself, his heirs, ~
personal representati~es and assigns, to prevent any use of the
above described lands which shall interfere with or adversely
affect the operation or maintenance of the St. Lucie County Airport. ~
